On Friday, February 16, the Nitschke team dressed to the nines for the General Excellence and Marketing Awards. Held at Adelaide Oval, the night was attended by First National Real Estate agents from South Australia and Northern Territory in a celebration of 2017. David Nitschke, First National Chairman and Nitschke Director, led the award showcase, with cricketer Wayne Phillips their MC.

Nitschke took home various gold and silver awards, which is a testament to our commitment to our personality of ‘doing things differently.’ Michael Nitschke won gold, coming in the top four salespeople. Three team members were awarded silver – Brooklyn Timmins, Lesley Smith and Tim Hissey.
Steve Martin recorded the highest commercial gross sales and leasing commission. Peter Redden was a three-time winner in the rural sector, for the highest number of executive listings, settled sales and gross sales commission. While these individuals were distinguished, it was our commitment to teamwork that helped us take home various office awards, such as the top six overall sales offices.
Nitschke finished in the top 10 in the property management department. Our awards included highest numbers for executive sales, settled sales, gross sales and leasing commission in the medium office category. In addition, we generated the highest property management gross revenue for a small real estate agency office.
With the Adelaide Hills as our geographic target, the Rural award category was our strength. Nitschke won the highest number of exclusive listings for both the small and medium office categories.
