Liv Schrapel is a Field Services Team Member at Nitschke. She joined the real estate industry with a passion for people and places. Having worked locally at landmarks such as Beerenberg, Liv is well-connected in the community and provides deeply personal support to those she serves.

She’s passionate about supporting tenants and property owners, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, efficient, and grounded in genuine care. Her clients can expect someone who listens, shows up and cares about making every interaction memorable, especially in a fast-paced industry like real estate.

Liv did a stint in New York teaching filmmaking, but her heart is here in the Hills. She lives in Mount Barker, where she gets a lifestyle with a little bit of everything – the city, beach, and river.

Her weekends are full of footy games, long drives, nature walks with friends, camping, and the occasional city shopping day.
