About me

Nikita knew exactly what she wanted to do when she graduated high school: real estate. It’s this passion that has made her a welcomed addition to Nitschke’s property management arm in 2021. She juggles the needs of property managers, landlords, tenants and suppliers, while also overseeing the completion of maintenance jobs.

Driven by a love for helping people, Nikita envisions working her way up into a hybrid property management-sales role.

On the weekends, Nikita ventures the Hills with her beloved friends and family... always seeking out new culinary and nature experiences in her favourite towns of Stirling, Hahndorf, and Bridgewater.

Her guilty pleasure? Not being able to ‘turn off’ work, because she’s always adoring new houses and estates in the Hills.
