About me

Nikita Spagnoletti joined the Nitschke property management team in 2021, beginning in a Property Management Support role. She built a strong foundation in the day-to-day operations of the department.

Nikita progressed into a Property Manager role, managing her own portfolio and further honing her industry experience, before stepping into her current position as Property Management Operations Lead.

Today, Nikita supports the wider property management team with daily operations, processes, and efficiencies, bringing together her experience across both support and portfolio management roles. Her practical and collaborative approach helps drive positive outcomes for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Adelaide Hills, discovering new cafés, and spending time with family and friends.
