Sarah joined Nitschke Real Estate at just 23, bringing with her experience from Hickinbotham Homes and qualifications in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and Event Management. Sixteen years later, she’s grown from Personal Assistant to General Manager — a journey that mirrors the evolution of the business itself.

Passionate about people and process, Sarah thrives on uncovering the real issues and creating better ways of working. She’s the heartbeat of our team culture, ensuring Nitschke’s “people first, real estate agents second” ethos is not just a motto, but a way of life. Whether she’s in a strategy session, streamlining operations, or checking in with the team, Sarah’s focus is always on building a stronger, more connected business.

Living in Balhannah with her husband Phil and daughter Rosie, Sarah loves nothing more than time spent in their beautiful white weatherboard home — a labour of love that continues to grow, one garden project at a time. Being based in the Adelaide Hills means she’s never far from her favourite places (Howards Vineyard, Honey Bang Bang, and the Crafers Hotel) or the sense of community she values so deeply.
