Melinda brings extensive financial and management accounting experience to the business, gained across the Government, Not-for-Profit, and Private sectors. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Accounting, she has built a diverse career,from supporting finance and administration at Mount Barker Hospital to undertaking senior finance roles following her move to Darwin.

In 2022, Melinda made the heartfelt decision to return to the Adelaide Hills with her family and joined Nitschke Real Estate as Finance Manager. In this role, she applies her expertise with precision and a strong focus on compliance, continually challenging herself to deepen her financial knowledge within the real estate industry.

Melinda is known for delivering responsive, resourceful, and thorough financial outcomes with professionalism and respect,qualities highly valued by colleagues and clients alike. With Nairne now home, she values her short commute to work and still enjoys spotting the occasional cows, sheep, and alpacas along the way, while being an active part of her local community.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, catching up with family and friends, walking her dogs, supporting her local football club and the Adelaide Crows, reading, keeping active at the gym, and planning weekend getaways. Melinda brings practical insight that complements her strong professional skills and genuine commitment to her community.
