About me

Maddy Nitschke is the Head of Business Development at Nitschke, where she focuses on building meaningful relationships and helping investors make confident, well informed property decisions.

Before stepping into her Business Development role, Maddy led the Property Management department. Her approach has always been people first – creating genuine connections and ensuring clients feel supported, understood, and part of something more than just a transaction.

Today, Maddy works closely with new and existing landlords, guiding them through everything from purchasing the right investment to setting it up for long-term success. She’s known for her honest advice, practical insights, and ability to simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process.

A big part of her role is also working alongside strategic partners and referral networks, ensuring clients receive support at every stage of their investment journey.

Having grown up in the Nitschke family business, Maddy brings a natural sense of care, commitment and instinct to everything she does.

A lifelong Adelaide Hills local, Maddy lives in Nairne with her family. She’s a mum to Jemily and Zayne, and outside of work you’ll find her enjoying local cafés, playgrounds, and making the most of life in the Hills.
A lifelong Adelaide Hills resident, Maddy grew up in the Nitschke family business, that’s instilled her spirit of leadership today. With the right mindset, she believes anything is possible. Maddy loves meeting new people every day – each with their unique, colourful life story.

Maddy is a mother to a beautiful daughter, Jemily. Her weekends are filled with brunches, playdates, and exploring our beautiful state.
