A former national-level swimmer, James spent over a decade mastering the discipline of hard work—an experience that shaped his approach to property. After starting with Nitschke as a sales cadet, he quickly progressed to become a leading agent in the Adelaide Hills within just 18 months, a milestone he credits to his drive to listen, learn, and think differently.
