About me

Ellen is the Field Services Team Leader at Nitschke, she started out in Reception and transitioned to a Field Services position, where she spent her time learning all aspects of the role and later naturally fell into leading the team.

As Field Services Team Leader, Ellen oversees the field services team and ensures everything runs smoothly out in the field to support the Property Managers and clients consistently.

She’s passionate about helping the team grow and mature in their roles, while implementing strong processes to further differentiate the Nitschke experience.

Ellens weekends are spent exploring the outdoors around the Hills, visiting local eateries with friends and spending quality time with family.
