Nitschke Real Estate Pty Ltd ATF The Nitschke Real Estate Unit Trust trading as Nitschke Real Estate (ABN 75 595 840 952), 29 Gawler Street, Mount Barker SA 5251. RLA 193520.
1. Eligibility
- Open to residents of South Australia aged 18 years or over.
- Entrant must be a registered ratepayer of a residential property located within the Mount Barker District Council local government area.
- Entries from any other council area are ineligible and will be excluded from the draw.
- One entry per property address.
- Employees of Nitschke Real Estate and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. Promotion period
- Entries open from 9:00am ACST Monday 29 June 2026.
- Entries close at 5:00pm ACST Thursday 13 August 2026.
- Draw conducted at 11:00am ACST Friday 14 August 2026 at 29 Gawler Street, Mount Barker SA 5251.
3. How to enter
- Enter online at nitschke.com.au/council-rates by completing the entry form with the entrant's name, mobile number, email address, property address, and confirmation of property ownership.
- Entries are free.
- The property address provided must be within the Mount Barker District Council area as listed in clause 1.
4. Prize
- One prize of up to AUD $1,300 paid directly to the winner towards the winner's next quarterly council rates notice.
- The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Where the winner's quarterly notice is less than $1,300, the prize amount paid is the full amount of the quarterly notice. No balance is paid to the winner.
- Total prize pool is under AUD $5,000, the South Australia Trade Promotion Lottery Licence threshold. No licence required.
5. Drawing the winner
- The winner is drawn at random from eligible entries (ratepayers verified within the Mount Barker District Council area) by an authorised representative of Nitschke Real Estate at the date, time, and place stated above.
- The draw is open to be witnessed by entrants on request.
- The Promoter will verify the winning entry's council eligibility before notification. If the drawn entry is ineligible, the Promoter will redraw.
6. Winner notification
- The winner is notified by phone and email within two business days of the draw.
- The winner's first name and suburb are published on nitschke.com.au by Friday 21 August 2026.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, Nitschke Real Estate may redraw.
7. Privacy
- Personal information collected via this promotion is handled in accordance with the Nitschke Real Estate Privacy Policy.
- Entrants may receive marketing communications from Nitschke Real Estate. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
8. General
- The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence is entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry, including verifying that the entrant is a registered ratepayer of the property address provided, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
