Nitschke Real Estate receives 20 awards at annual industry celebration.

On Friday, February 23, the Nitschke Real Estate team attended the annual South Australia and Northern Territory awards. Held at the Intercontinental Hotel in the heart of Adelaide, the agency was joined by the industry’s best, from these two states. After taking home a string of awards last year, Nitschke was an agency to watch.

Leading Adelaide Hills real estate company on a mission

Managing Director, Michael Nitschke, proudly represented the team. He stepped into the leadership role late 2018, after the passing of his father and respected Adelaide Hills real estate agent, David Nitschke.

David’s legacy was honoured on the night, with the Spirit of Community award. Alongside David’s daughter Maddy and Wife Karen, Michael accepted his father’s award, in his loving memory.

Nitschke was recognised in over 20 categories, with individual awards going to our agents as well as our agency, collectively. Michael was awarded in the top 10 Salesperson of the Year, coming in at number six – a heart-warming welcome into his new leadership role. Michael also won the gold award for highest residential commission.

Nitschke celebrated their successful expansion into the Fleurieu Peninsula, with a raft of awards going to their Strathalbyn office. Janelle Owen took the silver award for Residential Listings and the Highest Number of Executive Listings. Peter Redden celebrated the Highest Number of Settled Sales and Gross Sales Commission. The Strathablyn team led the small office rural category.

Nitschke’s headquarters in Mount Barker received several mentions. Dee Lipinski & Tim Hissey (Silver) and Brooklyn Timmins (Gold) enjoyed recognition for their excellent work in property management.

For the Large Office category, Nitschke received the Highest Number of Exclusive Listings (Residential and Rural), Property Management Department of the Year (#5), and the Highest Property Management Gross Revenue (Commercial).

The Adelaide Hills real estate agency came in eight position as the Sales Office of the Year.

2018 was a seismic shift for the Nitschke brand.
