Adelaide Hills

Exciting entertainment to launch the Adelaide Hills into 2021

After the double hit of the bushfires and COVID-19, the Adelaide Hills is looking out towards an exciting new year. Our lovely region fared well compared to major cities, as we saw the trend of people relocating to areas like ours that favour a distinct lifestyle (while still offering proximity to cosmopolitan hubs).

More and more, Adelaide Hills is becoming a world of its own. Not just a destination, but a new way of living. This is reflected in the rising property prices, which are predicted to jump again this year, with experts predicting up to 10%. Since March 2020, Adelaide real estate prices increased by 3.5%. Major developments are running parallel with this growth, only adding to the allure of our region. This undoubtedly affects the Adelaide Hills property market.

Gin Palooza

Gin lovers, get ready for one of the Adelaide Hill’s finest events in 2021. On the June 19 and 20 weekend, meet 25 Australian craft distillers and try some of the 150 new gins. All drinks are included in the price of the ticket, so if you love food and wine, the Gin Palooza is packed with value. This festival will challenge the idea that Adelaide Hills is renowned just for good wine. This can all be in your backyard of your Adelaide Hills property.

The bedazzling Mount Barker ‘square’

An under-utilised section of Hutchinson Street will transform into a European-style town square this year. It’ll be home to an innovation hub, civic office, and a new library.
