Michael began his real estate career in 2006, at just 18 years old. But he handmade his unofficial debut well before this, growing up in the family business. Michael stepped into a director position in 2018 to honour the family legacy and weave his own inclusive, heart-driven leadership style into Nitschke’s future.
Michael plays an active role in listing and selling properties, while guiding the growing team through the company’s next 20-year chapter. While a multi award-winning real estate agent, Michael views his greatest successes in the day-to-day satisfaction of his clients living their dream lifestyle.
